What payment options are available?

Payment is only currently available via Credit card online. We accept all major Australian credit cards including Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

For your own peace of mind, our site uses the latest in security so you can be sure your transaction is 100% safe.

How can I find out the date of my next payment?

You can check the date of your next payment, as well as all your subscription information, by heading to the My Account page once you are logged in.

How do I cancel the automatic renewal of my subscription?

You can cancel the automatic renewal of your MyType subscription at any time by visiting the My Account page.

Cancellations will be effective at the end of the current subscription period. You are still able to view photos and contact matches until then.

No refunds will be issued for cancellations made prior to subscription expiry.

My credit card is expiring soon. What should I do?

If your credit card is expiring soon, you can ensure that your subscription automatically renews by heading to the My Account page and updating your Credit card details.

Your payment details update will be effective from when your next payment is due.

Where can I review my current subscription plan?

You can view the details of your MyType subscription any time you wish by visiting the My Account page once you are logged in.

All the information you need about your subscription is located here including when your next payment is due, your monthly subscription cost as well as the ability to change or cancel your subscription.

How do I renew my subscription?

We take the hassle out of payments and renew your MyType membership automatically at the end of the subscription period.

You can cancel the automatic renewals at any time by visiting the My Account page.

How do I upgrade my subscription?

Upgrade your subscription to a longer duration and you can save!

To change your subscription duration, simply log in to MyType and click on the My Account tab. Once you update and confirm, your new subscription period will simply extend the validity of your subscription by the period of time you pay for.

Why am I getting billed from MyType automatically?

With your MyType subscription, we'll automatically renew for you to save you the hassle.

You can cancel at anytime by heading over to the My Account page. Please note we do warn you before you confirm your purchase that payments are automatically deducted to ensure you are ok with this.
