It's free to join MyType and when you complete a profile you'll receive a personality report and be matched with other members which you can review.

However in order to enjoy the full benefits of MyType you will need to purchase one of our subscription packages. As a subscriber, you will receive the following great features:

• Unlimited contact with your matches
• You can add 1 primary photo and up to 15 gallery photos to your own profile
• Ask a question
• Add to favourites

MyType is always free to join.  As a new member you will be able to freely receive and review matches, view their photos and even send expressions of interest.

In order to fully communicate with your matches you will need to purchase one of our subscriptions. There are a number of subscription options varying in price and length of membership.

• 1 month MyType Subscription - $49.95
• 3 month MyType Subscription - $89.95
• 6 month MyType Subscription - $129.95

To subscribe, go to your My Account page and follow the prompts to upgrade your subscription.

At the moment you can only purchase one of our subscriptions using your Credit Card online. Please keep an eye out for further payments methods in future.

For your convenience, we'll automatically renew your subscription at the end of the expiry period.

You can cancel anytime by visiting your My Account page.

You can review and manage your MyType subscription any time you wish by visiting the My Account page.

All the information you need about your subscription is located here including when your next payment is due, your monthly subscription cost as well as the ability to change or cancel your subscription.

Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds on subscription purchases as per our terms and conditions.

Unfortunately we do not have the ability to put subscriptions on hold at this time. If you would like to stop receiving matches, then switch your match settings to off on your My Profile page.

Please note, turning your match settings off WILL NOT extend your subscription period.

You can cancel your MyType subscription at any time by visiting the My Account page.

Cancellations will be effective at the end of the current subscription period. You are still able to view photos and contact matches until then. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made prior to subscription expiry.
